At Manchester Manor there are two to five cottages attached together in the various
buildings throughout the community.
All of the cottages are designed with all living on one floor. This includes the
laundry and attached garage with automatic door. You can come and go in any weather
from the inside of your garage without getting wet.
Most Importantly, the cottages are NOT on a hard concrete slab even though everything
is at ground level. They are over a crawl space where the gas furnace, air conditioner,
and water heater are housed. This increases your living space, provides insulation
on all six sides of the cottage, and allows our maintenance crew to perform routine
tasks without inconveniencing you.
